Do you do project work or work on a monthly retainer?

At DME we have found that when planning out timescales and results alongside a client, it simply makes sense to align ourselves with metrics and KPI’s across a 12 month period, so everyone involved has clearly defined expectations. A monthly retainer is the most cost effective approach to the majority of client projects, for this reason.

Do you only work in specific sectors?

Over the past 5 years we have become experts in B2B marketing and sales, with success in Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology and Education sectors. We understand what works in these sectors and how to help clients maximise their growth potential. We have done work in B2C markets but if we do not feel that our skills are a good fit for a client in this sector, we will be honest from the start and recommend a better fit agency from our network.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Any client who has been through the process with DME will tell you that we are totally transparent and insist on goals and KPI metrics to work to, aligned with the growth goals of the business. We are looking for a 20 – 30% increase in traffic, leads, customers and revenue each year. So we would not work with a client that we did not feel we could deliver this level of result to.

Can you help us plan out our growth strategy?

We are a “strategy first” agency and will not work with a client who is not willing to embrace this approach. The time spent carefully planning out the growth strategy for specific clients in specific verticals is what sets us apart form the “tactical” apporach of the majority of marketing agencies who have internal skill sets and then try to sell those to as many companies as possible. We let the strategy dictate the tactics that will work for a client and then focus on executing and optimising each tactic to ensure success.

Do you work with our existing marketing and sales teams?

On every project DME focus on bringing our unique inbound knowledge and expertise. to work alongside your own in-house team. We will identify what skills and resources a client already has internally and bring our own expertise to compliment those skills and ensure that targets are hit. We will run internal coaching and training sessions, to align your existing teams around the overall goals and milestones. We pride ourselves on being a team within a team.
